Soft washing starts with a cleaning solution that kills mold and mildew, loosens soot and grime.  Our house wash solution is also harmless to pets and plants.  We start by soaking down your house with the cleaning solution, then use a stiff, low pressure spray to rinse it clean.

Sticking with low pressure reduces the chances of damaging your home and the solution keeps mold, mildew and algae away for much longer than pressure washing alone.

Pressure washing is that the best way to clean brick.  Brick is hard enough to withstand high pressure washing.  But, what's often the point of failure is the mortar.  Mortar between the bricks can separate from the brick surface.  Lose pieces of mortar cannot stay in place under the high pressure cleaning.
